Raquel Hitt

Snail mail services for busy people who want to look good.

Does this sound familiar?

  • The Etsy-Minted-Postable-Snapfish-TinyPrints-Zazzle world of digital printing is overwhelming, you get decision fatigue and never make it to check out.

  • Your mailing list is a combination of texts, emails, scraps of paper, and [gulp] an old fashioned printed address book.

  • You’re sick and tired of holiday update letters from friends and family that all sound the same. Enough bragging.

  • You (or perhaps your partner?) are procrastinating thank you notes. Or maybe, nothing on the registry speaks to you, but you also don’t want to give something they don’t need.

I can help.

Say “goodbye” to decision fatigue. Waive “adios” to that messy mailing list. Air kiss “au revoir” to boring update letters.  Smile “auf wiedersehen” to procrastination and lame gift giving.

Say “hello” to your new accountability partner and snail mail expert.

Easiest. Thank yous. Ever. Even as an overwhelmed mom-to-be, I still beat the urge to procrastinate (or give up)—Raquel set me up for success! Sending timely thank you notes was a breeze because Raquel stamped and addressed the envelopes for me…all I had to do was write a cute ‘thank you’ and pop them in the mail. What a relief!

    How it works

    01

    Strategy Intensive

You share your wish list with me via brainstorm video call. We talk about where you are, where you want to be, and how we can work together to get you there. If we’re a good fit, I send you a contract and an invoice.

    02

    Make a Game Plan

Taking into account your unique project deadline (Christmas cards! A bridal shower!), I work backwards, assigning due dates to major tasks. Rest easy, on my watch you certainly won’t send anything late.

    03

    Do Your Homework

I still need a tiny bit of pixie dust from you. Depending on the project, you can expect to pick your favorite of 10 designs, email a form to your contacts, take a fun quiz, or provide a mailing list.

    04

    Editorial Execution

Once you turn in your homework, I finalize your project. That could mean I mock up your card, create a ready-to-upload mail merge mailing list, clean data and apply uniform etiquette standards, write a letter, or hand address thank you notes.

    05

    Live Revisions & Training

We do a final video call to review the finished product and make edits in real time. At this point, I hand over the digital product, show you how to maintain it, and explain next steps. Or, I’ll send you a snail mail package with print pieces.

    06

    Happy Mail Day

Voila! Your cards arrive on the doorstep.
